This Item Is Constructed Entirely Of PVC Piping, And Is Also Hand Painted. The Paint Job Looks Very Nice, And This Would Go Very Well With Any Of The Doctor Shivers Items! I Originally Believed This Was Going To Be Made In 2016, As Gemmy Attempted To Revamp The Doctor Shivers Set. However, It Seems This Is Earlier Than 2016.
