Bought New in September 2020, I have proof of purchase, and it retailed new for £379 and is realistically worth £118 with a 20% discount per year from purchase, so this price is a steal! I only used it for university work for 1 year, and it has now been factory reset and ready to go to a new owner. The things I found is that most HP laptops have battery cooler vents under the laptop that can make a whirling noise and get hot if on for a while, and it can be a little slow sometimes. I found that keeping it on a cool, hard surface helped. A few dinks and surface scratches on the lid - as shown in pics. I have videos of the laptop working fully. Great for everyday use, windows, google, etc. Battery charger included, pat tested in 2021.
