With a 4x4 radio design and combined throughput up to 5.3 Gbps, the unit keeps video calls, cloud apps, and customer transactions moving even when dozens of people connect at the same time. A 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet uplink provides a fast wired path back to the switch or router, so the wireless side is never throttled by a 1 Gigabit link.

The Instant On AP25 handles about 100 concurrent clients, and MU-MIMO technology shares airtime efficiently so each phone, tablet, or laptop experiences steady performance instead of waiting in line.

Installation is straightforward. Power can arrive through the same network cable when you use PoE, or you can plug in an optional 12 V DC adapter. The included mounting clip lets you place the access point on a ceiling or wall, and the clean design blends into most interiors.

Once the hardware is in place, the free Instant On mobile app walks you through setup, lets you segment staff and guest networks, and offers remote monitoring when you are off site. The AP25 can run as a traditional access point, take over basic routing duties for a small branch, or extend coverage as part of a larger mesh, so you can grow the network without replacing existing equipment.

Security is covered by WPA2 and WPA3 encryption with a built-in firewall to keep unwanted traffic out. A Bluetooth radio speeds up the initial onboarding process, allowing you to bring the access point online in minutes.
