It doesn't turn on because it has a ripped flex cable. It has back glass instead of the usual material, metal. The battery looks fine but not tested and also not glued on, so it moves whenever the phone is shaked. I dont know if it's unlocked. You can check with the imei number, 355836088395593. The screen probably needs to be replaced or fixed if possible. Whenever i tried posting it Merceri sent a notification that is seen in the last picture.
