These come with COA..size 39.5 in great condition..approx 6" heel..have small black smudges on side of shoe and heel..see last pics..I'm sure it will prolly come of with shoe cleaner..I'm just not real familiar with the do's and donts on designer shoes!! The last 3 pics are more color accurate
