In good condition. Box has some damage mainly due to be folded for years, with some small tears. The instructions are fantastic apart from booklet 2 that has some damage to the back of it. Listing as 99% complete incase of any missing pieces. The last train car is missing the stickers for the windows and the passenger deck is missing the info board. The minifigure with the blue t shirt on has a small black dot on his left arm. The controller has some yellowing. Smoke free home.
