This is an awesome LEGO CREATOR 31052 Vacation Getaways Retired Set! The box is water damaged, has small rips and contains shelf wear/ tape. The manual is bent and worn in areas. Both minifigures and parts of the bear are included, but the Mom minifigure is not the original one that came with this set and is made up of replacement minifigure parts. As for the set, the only thing included is the RV and it has a few missing pieces, discolored parts, dust in areas and some bricks have broken from age and more will probably break in the future.
