LEGO CREATOR EXPERT 10243 Parisian Restaurant Set with Box and Instructions READ

This is an awesome 2014 LEGO CREATOR EXPERT 10243 Parisian Restaurant Set! The box is included, but has shelf wear including tape, dents and small rips in areas. All instruction manuals are included! As for the set, it is in great condition, but it has missing pieces in areas, broken bricks/ bricks that might eventually break and dust in areas. Also, some parts have been replaced with duplicates or different colored pieces that function as donors such as the baseplate. Even with the missing pieces, I would say that there is over 80% of the original pieces included! See photos for most, but not all of the imperfections! This set will ship disassembled in bags.
