Grey shaylee soft and slouchy. It is well loved has some stains inside. I tried to capture them in pictures the best I could. Some tarnish in the hardware (pictured) and the zipper pull is wearing off (pictured). Comes with insert, changing pad, and dust bag. Diaper bag still has alot of life left in it. Hate to sell it but my kids are older and no longer use it. Let me know if you have any questions.
