Brand new with tags. Good overall condition with *flaws.* There are several spots clustered near the bottom hem of the back skirt - these spots have not been treated and may come out with a little TLC. There is also a small imperfection on the back bodice by the neckline - it looks like a small piece of plastic between the chiffon layer and lining. These imperfections aren’t very noticeable unless inspecting closely. Please see pictures for full condition details.
