This is the Malice Mizer Merveilles l'espace concert VHS tape. It includes a blue sleeve, VHS tape + case, and inserts.
The tape is in overall great condition. There are a few scratches on the interior of the case as well as some very light minor surface scratches on the front and back covers that are not immediately noticeable. The packaging for the paper inserts has a tear along the edge, but none of the actual inserts are damaged. Beyond that there appears to be no major issues with the sleeve, case or tape itself. It has not recently been tested as I no longer own a VHS player, but considering its overall condition, it is expected to work.
