Great rain jacket by Marmot (it might be their Precip Eco Rain Jacket but I'm not 100% sure but those retail at $120)
You can roll the hood and store it, adjusters on the bottom, quick drying material in the pockets and each opening has a zipper with a hook/loop extra fastener.

Condition - good used condition. There is some slight breaking at the back shoulder seam (almost along the line a hanger would fall). They aren't crazy big but they are along that seam so I took several photos of those examples.
*I wasn't exactly sure what the outer shell material is because I couldn't find a care/material tag.
