Created under the aegis of the Re Society, Ltd., this piece emerged from the hallowed halls of S2 Atelier in the year 2000. Inspired by Maurer's iconic poster, this lithograph is a tribute to the confluence of artistry and imagination.
The chromist extraordinaire, Raymond Mazza, painstakingly recreated the artist's vision by hand-drawing directly onto specially prepared surfaces, which were then transferred onto lithographic plates, one plate dedicated to each color.
This extraordinary piece, untouched by framing, has been carefully preserved within a cylindrical container enveloped in protective wrapping paper. Its impeccable condition, free from any damage, tears, or stains, attests to its cherished status.
