I used to use this to stream/record my kids' baseball and softball games. I put it in a camera case and let it sit for a year. The rubberized coating got sticky. I tried to remove the sticky coating with rubbing alcohol. It worked, somewhat. There is still some rubber coating on the bottom, and the parts that I removed it from don't look great. It still works fine. Just a little ugly.
