Tested and Works! The Chopper will fly very low, just barely off the ground, but when I inserted a small piece of cardboard underneath the gray spinner on top of the control tower, it helps keep the rod level and Chopper level at a few inches off the ground when flying. Sometimes you need to tap the propeller to get it going and other times, it will start on its own when turning the control dial. The set is missing the shopper's sky hook accessory. Battery compartment is clean. The box has damage.
