This is an official mini plush figure of N Harmonia, one of the main rivals from Pokemon: Black & White.
This was part of the Pokemon Center Pokemon Trainers line, where iconic trainers are in cute chibi form! This was released only in Japan. This is the original version from Japan, so he's smaller - about 5 inches tall.
**PLEASE NOTE**
The plush is in new condition, undamaged and with the original paper tag attached.
BUT! N's hat has been cut from the top of his head, so it is removable. That also means you cannot attach him to your bag normally, since his hat has the keychain attachment on it.
Normally his has is not removable - I adjusted and clipped it so you can take it off as you can see in the pictures.
