This bed has been slept on for 3 months in a smoke free, pet free environment. The box said Medium/soft but with my back issues it’s a bit too firm for me. There’s one tiny spot, as I showed in the photos, where one of the movers I hired burned it with his cigarette and he was moving it inside. Other than that this bed is brand new.
