The set includes original design pieces with the movement of the pieces written on them, a board, and a piece case (also serves as a piece stand).

・The movement of the pieces is written directly on both sides of the pieces. (The back side shows the movement after promotion.)

・The shape of the pieces is a wedge shape, as close as possible to the shape of the pieces in real shogi.

・Includes an "Instruction Manual" that clearly explains the basic rules of shogi, examples of actual games, and easy checkmate problems.
