This is a truly rare doll released in the US from 2012 to 2014.
I fell in love with the concept, gimmicks, colors, and face about 13 years ago and collected them. I bought it new at the time and have kept it displayed in a dark place away from sunlight.
It's a vintage item, but the condition is fairly good.

Novi Stars basically have various gimmicks built in.
