Originally founded in 1984 in Daikanyama, Japan Lunetta BADA was an eyewear brand often referred to as "legendary." A solitary leader in Japan’s eyewear market, the brand captivated numerous celebrities in the 1980s with its distinctive and minority-chic aesthetic.
Following its hiatus in the 1990s, Lunetta BADA was only seen as rare vintage eyewear—until its highly anticipated revival in 2022.
Never worn. Purchased at Fred Segal Los Angeles for $425 in 2/2024. Was going to convert to prescription eyeglasses but decided to go with a different pair. Color Crystal Grey is SOLD OUT.
