Used this for about two years and it stopped working at 100%. In my opinion, it works at about 50%. I have medium length hair. It will often turn off after about 5-10 minutes of using it with continual red blinking light. I went through all the steps and cleaned the filter and didn’t seem to help. I believe it may just need a new battery after speaking with a dyson rep for over an hour but I ended up just buying a new one. So If you are looking for parts, or are willing to take this to a Dyson store to get it looked at, this is for you! Or if you think you can fix it yourself! Please feel free to message me with more details or best offer. Parts and storage box are still in great condition!
