Dick Tracy was one of the original heavyweights in the Golden Age of Comics. Chester Gould, born on November 20, 1900, and who passed away on May 11, 1985, created this iconic character. The personal letter, written in the early 1970s and signed by Chester Gould, was shipped in an envelope from the Chicago Tribune New York News Syndicate Tribune Tower.
