Given to me by a buddy of mine so i am without a means of charging them, testing them beyond what ya see, nor do i have a use for em really.. pretty nifty lookin batteries i do say... one turns on and has a charge of 3 bars while thee other, although lighting up, only attempts to display 1 bar of charge but refuses to stay lit... leading me to believe it's just not charged in all honesty..
