PlayStation 3 Backwards Compatible includes just the console itself. The console has been tested and turns on, displays good through hdmi, the ports charge the controller. But the console does NOT accept discs. The fans run loud as well. This console should be considered for parts only as the disc drive is faulty if that gets replaced the console should work properly.
