Proven Recipes Showing the uses of the Three Great Products from Corn is a Cookbook advertising give away for the Corn Products Refining Co. featuring 66 pages of recipes and tips for using the top 3 corn products, Argo Corn Starch, Mazola cooking oil, and Karo Corn Syrup. The recipe booklet dates to the 20's-30's and is filled with beautiful lithograph photos of food. The decorative graphics on each page makes it a joy to peruse! The booklet is in very good vintage pre-owned condition with some minor edge and spine wear to the paperback cover. The pages are free of rips, tears, folds, stains or writing. They may have some minor corner rounding. The cover features a lovely graphic of a Native American with an ear of corn for a body giving homage to corn's history as staple among native peoples. Beautiful piece of kitchen ephemera and history. There is even an endorsement from "Oscar" at the Waldorf Astoria (perhaps a chef there at the time).
