The paper concludes by emphasizing the importance of sustained efforts to improve public management in the GCC region, including measures to enhance institutional capacity, develop human capital, and promote innovation and collaboration. By doing so, GCC states can position themselves as leaders in the region and achieve sustainable development and prosperity.
