This is a almost ready to run brushless buggy. The kit cost $650 which is only a roller with no electronics. Mines is used but comes with a nice quality ESC, brushless motor, Servo and Futaba receiver. The tires definitely needs replacement. It needs a body/cover, radio/remote and a Lipo battery to make this a nice competition race buggy. Just as in the picture the chassis has scratches. The electronics work great!
