Has lightweight, non-stretch “burnout” devoré velvet material and a floral pattern with tie-dye print. The “burnout” pattern indicates floral shapes made with velvet through the rest of the garment but the entire dress is not velvet. Plunging neckline with two hook-and-eye closures. Long sleeves with ruched cuffs, gathered waist with draped front, hidden zip at side and a lining. Sleeves are “bat-wing” style and slightly bishop.
