Coach Hiroyuki Shibata, a renowned figure who has nurtured many track and field athletes, including Yoshihide Kiryu.
The second installment of the "Rakunan Method," which has been well-received by coaches and athletes nationwide since its release in 2016, is now complete!

The Rakunan High School track and field team, under Coach Shibata, won the overall men's championship at the Inter-High School Championships in both 2021 and 2022.
In the 2022 competition, they set new high school records in the men's triple jump (16.13m by Masahito Miyao) and the men's 4x100m relay (39.34 seconds by Tamura, Minamoto, Yamamoto, and Oishi), continuing to lead the high school track and field world.
This sequel comprehensively covers the latest training programs, focusing on "improving the muscle strength necessary for competition" and "how to transmit power."
