Ceramic ashtray with the original sticker for "Raymor 'Modern in the Tradition of Good Taste.'" Raymor was a noted MCM import firm who obtained stylish homewares sourced in Europe, mainly Italy, and Denmark, in the 40,s, 50s, and early 60's. These decor items are becoming recognized as art pieces and collector's items in their own right.
It is in excellent condition, no chips or cracks. Gently surfaced washed but there was nothing to clean; it appears it could have been unused.
