Although she is in perfect working order, her customized pull strings are elastic making it hard for her eyes to change without snapping or untying the strings, the open and close features still function smoothly though. If you wish to restore the eye change feature it can be easily retied with ribbon or a stronger material. I customized the hair and face myself a bit ago, but have no interest in blythe dolls anymore so the price is up for negotiation. The paint on the face is all properly sealed with several layers of matte coating and a shine coat on the lips.
