Navy blue shimmery tiered dress with jacket (shoulder pads inside jacket)
**This dress is NWT, but it has been slightly altered.**
My mom purchased it to wear as a mother-of-the-bride dress, but then changed her mind to something else. The alterations are in the bodice to make it a little smaller. Comfortably fits a bra size 38C.
Purchased for $149 from David’s Bridal.
The tiered dress is very flattering. Perfect for a mother of the bride/groom dress or a wedding guest dress.
