I am 5’ 7” in height and weigh 128llbs and this fits me with plenty of room for warm clothes underneath. Only used for two spring seasons.
The neck was fixed and resealed in 2020. Functional zipper, no rust. Only flaw is damage in the waterproof wrist cuffs, which is a simple fix at any water sports store.
