Scooby Doo Mystery Mansion W/Goo Turret Playset W/Figures

Pre owned item in good used condition.
Can be a little difficult to get together and stay together because the roof makes it a little top heavy. A few flaws in the exterior. Most noticeable is a small cracked area on the top and the tear at the window. Interior the floor is still in really good shape. There’s only two tiny spots where the paper is a little worn. Lastly, the part of the house that folds out is missing the prop stand at the bottom, so it will need something to help prop it up during play. All things mentioned are shown in photos.
