Handcrafted black walnut serving board/ cutting board with handle and leather strap. Wood is hand finished to with 400 grit and treated with food grade cutting board oil.

CARING FOR YOUR BOARD
- Clean your handmade cutting boards after each use by hand with a little soap and hot water. DO NOT SOAK IN WATER. DO NOT CLEAN IN DISHWASHER.
- Wipe by hand and allow it to dry upright. Do not stack your handmade wood cutting board with other boards or kitchen utensils when drying. Allow board to dry separately
- White vinegar, hydrogen peroxide, or lemon juice can be used to disinfect and remove harsh odors.
- Use a food-safe mineral oil, flax seed oil, walnut oil, butcher block oil, or beeswax to polish your board once a month. This will help maintain an attractive finish, prevent cracking, and seal the grain against bacteria and the penetration of moisture. Stay away from vegetable oils, which will turn rancid.
