This has been tested and is working, has new batteries. All characters pop up and sing their signature catch phases;
Oscar: "Oh I Love Trash. Anything dirty or dingy or dusty....hey,hey,hey,hey".
Elmo: "This is the song....La la la la...Elmo's song...Ha ha ha ha".
