I am the sole owner of this vacuum. It has worked marvelously for me until it suddenly started acting stupid. I’ve done all the troubleshooting I can, and I give up! It fully charges. The charger comes with it, and it works. The problem is the vacuum goes a very short distance, starts to turn, then stops and beeps. That is why I am selling it for parts. I want to keep it out of the landfill and try to recoup some of my money. I’ve cleaned up this vacuum a little, but you will find it a little dusty. There is some sticky residue on the front, as I put felt pads along the front so it would not harm my furniture when it bumped into it. The last photos show where the roller inserts, and I suspect that is the problem area.
This is listed as defective, not working, use for parts.
