The Shure MXCWAPT-A is the access point transceiver that brings every part of a Microflex Complete Wireless conference system together. Acting as the central hub, it connects as many as 125 wireless conference units and routes audio in real time so every delegate hears and is heard clearly.

Operating in both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, it continually scans available channels, including those within the DFS range, and shifts the system away from interference whenever network conditions change. This automatic coordination lets meetings run smoothly in office towers packed with Wi-Fi devices, in city council chambers, or at trade shows where the spectrum is crowded.

Network integration is straightforward. Dante support delivers ten input paths and ten output paths over one Ethernet line, while balanced XLR connectors give installers a simple way to patch legacy mixers, recorders, or loudspeaker processors. The same cable supplies PoE power and carries control data, which helps keep equipment racks tidy and shortens installation time.

Security is built in through AES 128 bit encryption, a requirement for government hearings, private board meetings, and any discussion that must stay confidential. An onboard display lets technicians set up or adjust the system without a laptop, making on-site changes quick during live events.
