Signed first edition, first printing hardcover copy of Autopsy of a Merger by William M. Owen (self-published, 1986). Rare business / finance / economics book. Signed by Owen on front free endpaper. Jacket is now protected in new archival sleeve but previously experienced rubbing/scuffing to faces, shelf wear around the edges and slight liquid damage, mostly limited to back cover which is a bit wavy and has very faint staining on bottom edge of interior side of jacket. Boards are straight and clean but with corners bumped. Binding is fairly strong and spine is straight. Liquid damage near bottom edge of most pages and rear endpaper, causing faint waviness and some staining. Previous owner’s personal stamp on front endpaper.
