The project features standout guest appearances from Jadakiss, Black Thought, Bilal, and Elzhi, with production by Illmind, Thelonious Martin, and Seige Monstracity. It includes the blog smash single "Luxury" featuring a then-rising Westside Gunn-his first major appearance outside his own work-which became a staple on MTV Jams. In celebration of it's 10-year anniversary, Music for My Friends is being repressed with a limited edition obi-strip, along with exclusive color variants from HHV and Fat Beats.
