Color Splash Ban comes in sealed bag with card and open box. This rare art doll. She has moving parts. Her arms, head and fish all move. Such fun! I have fallen in love with Sooya Studios and I think you will too! The figures are created by Kim Sooya of South Korea. He makes art dolls and this is his first foray into the blind box world. They debuted in December of 2024.(
