Soviet Voroshilov Marksman badge, OSOAVIAKHIM. Issued by OSOAVIAKhIM, it was a civil decoration. A variant, with text "РККА" (RKKA) instead of ОСОАВИАХИМ, was also issued in the Red Army. What you see in the photographs is what you will get. The last picture I took a picture of one selling on eBay it looks exactly the same but not that one all the other pictures are of the one I have.
