Upgrade Your Axles and Diff Hubs: Tired of breaking axles on your RZR XP 1000? You need our Polaris RZR XP 1000 Differential Hub and Axle Upgrade Kit. It replaces the axle hubs in your RZR’s diff so you can use the included bigger, stronger RZR Turbo axles. It’s a massive axle and diff upgrade you can’t get anywhere else.

Axles with 37% Larger Stub Shafts: The splined stub shaft that goes into your diff is the weakest part of the RZR XP 1000 axle. Our hub and axle upgrade kit replaces your OEM hubs with bigger hubs that can use XP Turbo axles. With 37% larger stub shafts, you can ride harder with less risk of snapping one off in your diff.

Includes Rhino 2.0 Axles: This upgrade kit includes two Rhino 2.0 Axles that can take advantage of the bigger, beefier axle hubs. Rhino 2.0 Axles are already tough with end-to-end chromoly construction, bigger shaft sizes, and larger CV joints for better articulation. But when you pair that with a larger stub shaft that only works with our hub upgrade, you’ll be unstoppable.
