It does not include the lid or hinges. It powers on and started spinning and the arm moved up and over a little, but now it just powers on and the "Start/Stop" button light just flashes. I do not know what is wrong with it and am selling it for parts. Just the feet alone sold for $37.77 on eBay, so there is some good value here for the right mechanically inclined buyer. We will pack it well and we ship the same business day in most cases.
