This copy is bound in blue cloth. It has been written in and loved. The spine is coming away but
Overall, it's in good shape. It shows the most wear on the cover and spine (see photos), as well as cracked hinges. Despite this, the binding is still fairly tight and solid. Internal pages show the usual yellowing with minimal rips, chips, or folded edges. All 16 original color plates are accounted for and intact (though some are partially detached). The color plates in this book stands out amongst other Oz books, as the greens are printed in metallic emerald ink.
This book is in fair to poor condition. I have tried to show its flaws but it is very delicate and its imperfections, numerous.
