This is a really great piece of Mexican folk art, made by women in Central Mexico for The Rug Hooking Project, per the attached tag. The piece is made of mixed materials, and has the image of a dog. The pattern is rug hooked, and the border is crocheted. There are 2 little loops on the top 2 corners to hang on a wall if you choose. It measures about 16.5" square. There is no damage that I can see.
