This is the "Indian lace embroidery cotton cloth rabari jacket" from TOUJOURS. It's a lace rabari jacket that can be worn as a blouse by tying the strings, or as a light jacket when worn open.

I loved the striped Indian lace pattern and bought it, but I haven't been able to wear it well, so I've been keeping it in storage.
