The Tripp Lite SR42UBDPWD is a rack enclosure that gives network and server teams the extra depth and width they need for modern, high-density hardware. It offers 42U of usable space, a depth of 47.25 inches, and a width of 29.5 inches, so oversized servers, large-port switches, and generous cable managers fit without crowding.

Because the cabinet ships fully assembled, you can wheel it off the pallet, roll it through a standard doorway on the pre-installed casters, and set it in place with the built-in leveling feet. A stationary load rating of 3000 pounds and a rolling rating of 2250 pounds let you populate the rack on the floor or move it fully loaded across smooth surfaces when layout changes are required.

Front and rear doors, along with both side panels, lock for security, but each piece can also be removed or reversed in seconds to open the rack for maintenance. The perforated steel doors provide a ventilation pattern with 65 percent open area, helping hot-running gear breathe in a densely packed row.

Tool-less mounting rails inside the cabinet accept Tripp Lite vertical PDUs, cable managers, and other accessories without drills or hardware.
