Tummy-chan's warm scarf

I've heard it's a mild winter, but it's still cold, as expected.
Tammy-chan isn't very good with the cold, but she desperately wants to eat her favorite melon bread.
So, she put on her coat and scarf and decided to go buy some melon bread all bundled up. Sounds warm, doesn't it?

Underneath her coat, Tammy-chan is wearing her original outfit: -1 SLEEVELESS BLOUSE and -5 GRAY SHEATH SKIRT.
The blouse is missing its waist ribbon. The gray skirt has some areas where the fabric is a bit thin.
