Please note this sale is for two matching bowls and two matching plates. Dimensions are shown in the photographs. These pieces have a black appearance when placed flat on a surface; however, when you hold them above a surface they look more like a dark smokey gray. They are enhanced with gold gilding. I have researched these and have seen similar pieces marked as Mikasa as well as Bereuther Waldsassen Bavarian. I did not find a signature or Maker's Mark. Regardless of the manufacturer, these items are beautiful and not easy to find, as these are the first in my 77 years that I have ever seen.
